I Declare

As Americans we lead the world.  Others look to us for advice and support.  So with that in mind, and in these difficult times, The Congress of the United States should declare an Act of War against all terrorists, state sponsored or otherwise, and those who harbor terrorists. Easy, simple and perfectly clear. -dP
