One Buck Lucy

Did you ever smoke?  Many people did.  Some still do.  With the price of a pack of smokes approaching $12 in some areas of the US of A, many folks are trying to stop the habit.  So a few have started to by not a pack, but a single cigarette.  A One Buck Lucy.  A loose cigarette.  This is usually illegal because a Lucy doesn't have a tax stamp on it, so do this at your own advised risk. But those that do partake of this brand are also ones who know the value of a dollar. I really can't blame you, but if you break a buck for a Lucy, you just might wind up in jail.  -dP
